Connection between China Automobile Association Air Conditioning and the "National Fourth" Plan
The 2014 expanded council meeting of the Automotive Air Conditioning Committee of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers was held in Beijing. Nearly a hundred representatives of vehicle, air conditioning, and compressor system enterprises actively participated in the meeting, discussing with the governing units how the automotive air conditioning industry can actively coordinate and promote the implementation of the "National Fourth" regulations in the upcoming fourth phase of the national automobile fuel limit regulations.
The upcoming fourth phase of the national regulations on fuel limits for automobiles is a systematic project, and specific implementation plans for energy-saving technology incentives for automotive air conditioning will be essential. The conference invited world-renowned automotive air conditioning product equipment suppliers Hanna Weishitong Company and Japan Electric Equipment Company to introduce their relevant experiences in implementing automotive emission fuel regulations and standards in the United States, Europe, and Japan. With the acceleration of the timetable for the implementation of the "National Fourth" regulations in China, and the need for time and experience in relevant supporting policies, learning from relevant foreign experiences is currently the best choice.
The attending representatives unanimously agreed that the fourth phase of the national automobile fuel limit regulations will bring new opportunities to the national industry. In the face of national policies and macro political environment, it is also the responsibility of Chinese automobile air conditioning industry personnel to coordinate with the implementation of the regulations. At this meeting, the Deputy Secretary General of the association was elected to strengthen the writing of annual industry development reports and the promotion of the "National Fourth" standards.
